Submissions

Formatting guidelines and how to submit your abstract or full paper.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Abstract title should be brief (no more than 20 words).
  • Abstracts of no more than 15 lines should be submitted by the deadline shown on the Important Dates page.
  • Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper. Please submit text only — references, tables, figures and special characters are not permitted.
  • All abstracts are reviewed by at least two reviewers, in a strictly anonymous process.
  • Authors are informed by email on the status of their abstract as soon as the review is complete — the earlier you submit, the earlier you will be notified.
  • Authors participating with an abstract only may subsequently submit a complete paper; see the abstract-only deadlines on the Important Dates page.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Document setup: The full physical page size including all margins will be 210mm x 297mm. To facilitate the process a paper template with all the settings preset has been prepared.
  • The sets of margins: Top: 25mm; Bottom: 25mm; Inside: 25mm; Outside: 25mm
  • Use Myriad Pro: 11 pts fonts for the main text and all additional parts except paper headings. All text should be single-spaced. The paper length should be between 4,000 and 5,000 words.
  • To ensure that there are no extra spaces in the document, use your software's find and replace command to substitute all double spaces for single spaces. Repeat this procedure until no double spaces are found.
  • For reference citation in text American Psychological Association citation style (APA style) should be followed.
  • All images including photographs must be included in the main Word or other files submitted.
  • Call your pictures or illustrations Figure 1. The number refers to the illustration or image number within the manuscript.
  • Authors must submit two versions of their papers: a 'full' version, seen only by the handling Editor, and a 'blinded' version, from which the authors' names and addresses have been removed and any identifying references suitably anonymised. This is the version sent to reviewers.

A paper template with all settings preset is available for download in the sidebar.
