Live participation: 450 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)
Online participation: 300 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)
PhD students, live participation*: 300 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)
PhD students, online participation*: 250 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)
Accompanying person**: 250 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)
Please note that the registration fee must be paid after the acceptance notification for the full paper or the abstract (for participants who will participate only with an abstract) no later than 14th May 2025.
* PhD Students: In order to be eligible for reduced conference fee, students must submit the Certificate of Enrolment for the current academic year 2024/2025. The Certificate should be submitted to info@diem-dubrovnik.com
**Accompanying person is a person who accompanies the participant of the conference (i.e. is not the co-author; co-author, if participating at the conference, needs to pay the above specified conference fee). The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the opening ceremony,the welcome reception, meals during the conference days, and farewell dinner. Accompanying person can also participate in the scientific sessions.
Please note that a registration fee is required for each author who actively participates in the conference.
We kindly remind you that papers will not be included in the process of reviewing for publishing after the Conference unless at least one of the authors has registered for the Conference.

- Access to Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Conference
- Conference materials upon confirmation of your registration
- Certificate of attendance and paper presentation
- Welcome drink (not included in Online participation fee)
- Refreshments and snacks during the breaks (not included in Online participation fee)
- Lunch (not included in Online participation fee)
- Dinner (not included in Online participation fee)
- Dubrovnik City tour
Conference fee does NOT include: transportation and accommodation.
Please note that participants are obligated to pay all bank transfer costs as the Conference fee does NOT include bank transfer cost.
On the last day of the Conference, as part of the social events, participants are invited to an excursion which is not included in the Conference fee.
Please note that a confirmation of your payment (a copy of your Conference Fee payment slip) is required. You are kindly requested to submit this copy to us in scanned form, through Online Registration System or via e-mail: info@diem-dubrovnik.com
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within three days upon submission. The submission of the confirmation of the Conference Fee payment is a prerequisite for presentation of your paper at the Conference and for inclusion of your paper into the Proceedings/Journal of the Conference (DIEM).
