Paper Acceptance

Papers are invited on the topics outlined and others falling within the scope of the Conference. Abstracts of no more than 300 words should be submitted until 19th January 2025. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper. All abstracts and final papers will be blind reviewed by at least two reviewers, but their acceptance is not guaranteed. Confirmation of acceptance, together with the invitation for the full paper preparation and presentation at the Conference will be sent no later than 2nd February 2025. Please note that full papers should not exceed 5000 words 16 pages in length.

Final acceptance will be based on the full-length paper, which, if accepted for publication, must be presented at the Conference. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the Conference to ensure that your paper is included in the DIEM Journal. The official language of the Conference will be English.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be kindly asked to prepare final papers for presentation at the Conference. Each presentation will be allowed to take between 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of accepted papers for each session. To assist authors and contributors with the keying of their work to the standard required, we have made available Instructions for Authors and Templates.
